Jennifer Cervantes is a New York Times best-selling author of more than ten books. Writing as J.C. Cervantes, her books have been published in more than thirteen countries in ten languages. Jennifer believes that writing about the Land of Enchantment as well as highlighting the Latino culture in a celebratory way advances the arts and creates opportunities to inspire young readers, allowing them to see themselves reflected in the pages of books. Her books also encourage shared cultural expression, a value she thinks is critical in today’s world. Living in New Mexico for more than thirty years, Jennifer’s commitment and loyalty to the Land of Enchantment Mexico runs deep. She is a proud alumnus of NMSU with both a Bachelor of Art in Communication and a Master of Arts in Rhetoric. When she isn’t writing, she is hiking the enchanting forests of our state and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
